document delivery and the corresponding capabilities of REACH
Delivery to ensure that compliance is maintained.
Common across virtually all chemical related health and safety legislation worldwide is the requirement to ensure that the (M)SDS and associated documentation is provided to the customer, and made available to all personnel that may come in to contact with hazardous chemicals.
This section is not meant to be an exhaustive list but simply to highlight the common requirement established in the many pieces of international legislation.
