Personal information that we’ll collect and/or process in connection with all of our products and services, if relevant, includes:

  • Personal and contact details, such as title, full name, contact details and contact details history

  • Products and services you hold with us, as well as have been interested in and have held.
  • Marketing to you including history of those communications, whether you open them or click on links, and information about products or services we think you may be interested in.
  • As part of our products use we hold name, contact details, email address, login details.

We maintain commercially-reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information. This information may be kept in paper, in locked filing cabinets in a secure area, or electronic form on password protected computers.

We may also use other secure cloud-based document storage platforms (e.g. DropBox, Google, Office 365, MailChimp, Amazon S3 etc.) which also store data securely but in some cases outside the EU.



6. When do we share your personal information with other organisations?

We may share information with the following other companies that are part of the Mpower1 Group of companies (These are currently BlueFinity International Ltd and Reach Delivery International Ltd) or with companies acting under a contract as an authorised distributor of our products or services. If we do so we’ll make sure that suitable safeguards remain in place to comply with this data privacy policy.

We may disclose your information to regulatory authorities, courts, government agencies and other third parties where we believe that doing so would be in accordance with or permitted or required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process, to defend the interests, rights, and/or property of Reach Delivery International or others.

We’re based in the UK but sometimes your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area but will remain within the Mpower1 Group of companies or to authorised distributors of our products and services. If we do so we’ll make sure that suitable safeguards remain in place to comply with this data privacy policy.

Where we’re relying upon your consent to process personal data, you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us using the details above.

10. For how long is your personal information retained by us?

Unless we explain otherwise to you, we’ll hold your personal information based on the following criteria:

  • For as long as we have reasonable business needs, such as managing our relationship with you and managing our operations
  • For as long as we provide goods and/or services to you and then for as long as someone could bring a claim against us; and/or Retention periods in line with legal and regulatory requirements or guidance.

Paper copies of information are securely destroyed (e.g. shredded) when no longer required.
